Easy and professional! I called Sears last week to schedule a garage tune up. They put me in the calendar for the following week and then called me the day before to schedule the specific time. About 30 minute before the technician called to tell me he was on his way. Then I got a text letting me know where he was. He came and did the 20 point inspection. He tightened some screws and fixed up some things. My garage door is so much quieter now and works much better than it had before! Overall is was an easy and great experience.
