We have used the annual garage door service from Sears multiple times. We recently purchased an older home in Carlsbad and wanted to ensure the garage door was in good condition. Last year, we simply tuned up. Today, along with our tuneup, I had them install new nylon rollers to quiet the operation as we hope to get another few years of service from the door.

Chris was our technician both last year and today. He is clean, knowledgeable, on time and extremely pleasant. I especially appreciate the call the night before with a time window, and then the text tracking on your date of service, so you have a very good idea when your tech will arrive.
